Unless noted on the web site, most rugs are in stock and generally ship between 3-5 days from the time you order and generally arrive to your house within two to three weeks. Delivery times are a function of distance from our distribution center and the availability of a particular pattern. We will make every effort to note if there will be any additional shipping delay on the relevant product webpage. In some cases, multiple rug orders, rug pads and accessories will arrive separately in different packaging. Orders cannot be shipped to Post Office Boxes.

Customer must be available to sign for deliveries. BelleRugs, LLC will not be responsible for shipments left by the carrier without signature at the request of customer. All shipments are sent ground transportation. Higher priority shipping service is available for an additional charge. Actual Priority shipping charges are based on weight and desired shipping method and must be quoted by a BelleRugs,LLC customer service representative and approved in writing by the customer prior to shipment.
