How to Order

How do I place an order?
To order online with BelleRugs, LLC new customers will need to create a customer account. This is a simple process which you will prompted to complete upon clicking the checkout button during the shopping cycle. Here you will enter shipping address and billing address information.

Once you have created an account with BelleRugs, LLC you are welcome to shop the site by simply selecting items you would like to purchase and adding them to your shopping cart. When you are ready to make your purchase, proceed to the checkout.

During the checkout process you will be able to confirm shipping and billing information and submit your request to place your order. We will attempt to authorize your credit card. If it authorizes successfully, your account will be charged and the receipt for your order will appear on screen. You can print this receipt if you like. If your credit card has been declined you will see a message informing you that it was declined. In order to complete your online order you must either change the credit card and resubmit the order or call the issuing bank to determine why your card was declined. For approved transactions you will also receive via email a confirmation of your order. Please watch for the email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact customer support at customerservice@BelleRugs.com. You may need to adjust your spam filter to allow for email from BellRugs.com.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through our online payment system. BelleRugs, LLC does not accept personal or Cashier Checks.
