BelleRugs, LLC wants to assure your satisfaction.

Authorized requests within 10 calendar days of the receipt of your order may be returned for a full refund on any items that qualify for a return. No Restock Fee! ONLY THE COST OF THE PRODUCTS ORDERED WILL BE REFUNDED. ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS SUCH AS SPECIAL HANDLING, PRIORITY SHIPPING, SPECIAL ORDERS, LARGE ORDERS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.

After receiving your shipment, you have 10 calendar days in which to inspect the product(s) and decide if you would like to keep the products. During this period you must also inform BelleRugs, LLC of any defects in the manufacturing or damages that occurred during shipment.

Customer is responsible for returning the merchandise to BelleRugs, LLC, with insurance (see Return Merchandise Policy for instructions). Please call  customer service at 1-877-235-5301  for return shipping directions and correct shipping address.

Product Availability:
Please note that listed availability might not be applicable for multiple pieces of an item. Additionally, sudden demand for an item as well as conditions or circumstances outside the control of BelleRugs, LLC can have an effect on rug availability. We will make every effort to inform you by phone or e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable or expect to have longer that normal shipping dates.

Shipping times are calculated from the time we receive your order to the time your order is shipped. You need to factor in the transit time when you consider actually receiving your purchase. Please make your plan accordingly.
