Frequently Asked Questions

How does your free shipping promotion work?
We offer "free-shipping" on orders over $100.00 shipped anywhere in the continental USA. We do not raise the prices of our products to cover shipping costs. "Free-shipping" refers to standard shipping. Express delivery or second day delivery charges are extra. Free shipping does not apply to any orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or anywhere outside the continental USA.

How are the shipping costs calculated?
BelleRugs, LLC shipping charges are based on the size, weight, and destination zone of the product ordered. Shipping outside the continental USA, delivery other that standard ground shipping, including Express delivery or second day delivery is extra and will be quoted on an individual basis and must be prepaid. Please contact customer service for more information. BelleRugs, LLC customer service hours are Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm (Pacific Standard Time - PST). Shipping is FREE for any order over $100.00 inside the continental US.

What is your return policy?
Authorized requests within 10 calendar days of the receipt of your order may be returned for a refund, on any items that qualify for a return. No Restock Fee!

After receiving your shipment, you have 10 calendar days in which to inspect the product(s) and inform BelleRugs, LLC of any defects in the manufacturing or damages that occurred during shipment, prior to delivery.

Customer is responsible for returning the merchandise to BelleRugs, LLC, with insurance (see Return Merchandise Policy for instructions). Please call customer service at 1-800-235-5301 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #), return shipping directions, and appropriate shipping address.

Clearance Items, personalized and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered.

Once the product is received at our warehouse in new unused condition, we will issue a refund for the amount of the product to the same credit card used for the purchase. Please Note: It can take up to 3 business days for a credit to appear on your account. Note that credits are processed only upon receipt of the product in new and undamaged condition. Do you have catalogs that you mail out?
We do not have any print catalogs that we mail out at this time. Our Web Site is our catalog.

Why is there sales tax when I’m purchasing online?
BelleRugs, LLC is required by certain states to charge sales tax on online orders. Sales tax will automatically be charged on merchandise shipped to Arizona. We do not add sales tax unless we are required by law to do so.

Why do you need my e-mail address?
When you place an order with BelleRugs, LLC you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, listing what was ordered, the shipping address, and a unique order ID. Your full credit card information is never sent in any correspondence from us. BelleRugs, LLC will never sell or distribute your e-mail address.

How can I pay for my purchases? / What kind of credit card payments do you accept?
BelleRugs, LLC accepts American Express, Visa, Discover, and Master Card credit cards for online purchases. In addition to placing your order online, you may also call our customer service department toll free to place your order at 1-877-235-5301 and we will process your credit card manually. Payment for all products purchased on BelleRugs, LLC must be made by credit card - BelleRugs, LLC does not take personal or cashier checks. Unless your product is back ordered for more than 30 days, your credit card transaction will be authorized and your credit card charged at the time of order. If you desire special shipping options such as express delivery or shipping to areas outside the continental USA, these charges will appear on your credit card as a separate charge from BelleRugs,LLC.

How do I access my Wish List?
By creating an account, you may add items to a Wish List and then return at a later date to make a purchase. Only you will be able to remove or change items in your Wish List. The password and login name you create will give you access to the Wish List and you will be able to quickly make purchase once logged in.

After logging in to access your Wish List you can click the “My Wish List” text link located above the product category listing in the left panel navigation under the term ”Products”.

Your Wish List contains a notes section for each item so that you can itemize the options, preferences, or other information you may need later to complete your purchase.

You can send your Wish List to a friend who will be able to purchase an item on your list by adding to their cart. A friend will not be able to make changes to your Wish List, only you can do that.
