How are orders processed?

Orders are automatically processed and sent to our distributors for shipment. Please note that our products are drop shipped directly from our manufacturers.

What is the average ship time once you receive an order?

Unless noted on the web site, most rugs are in stock and generally ship between 3-5 days from the time you order and generally arrive to your house within two to three weeks. Delivery times are a function of distance from our distribution center and the availability of a particular pattern. We will make every effort to note if there will be any additional shipping delay on the relevant product webpage. In some cases, multiple rug orders, rug pads and accessories will arrive separately in different packaging.
